The Quality Improvement and SLaM Partners service works within the Quality Centre and provides a matrix of quality improvement (QI) expertise and organisational development services. The service aims to bring out the best in people to build robust and resilient ways of working to ensure we provide the right care at the right time and in the right place – improving quality, experience and outcomes.
We take a coaching approach to providing technical QI expertise, organisational development and design interventions which include:
leadership and development
assessment and development centres
conflict resolution and mediation
We are a team of quality improvement experts and experienced organisational consultants and coaches. We specialise in working with 'human factors' that impact on an organisation's ability to deliver and develop quality services.
We work with individuals, teams and services within and across organisations to design programmes of work that help get the results needed.
