We began our quality improvement (QI) journey in 2016 to improve the care that we provide and to ensure everyone’s experience of our services is the best that it can be.
As an organisation we want to be the best mental health trust at getting better by focusing on continuous quality improvement.
We want to work together with our patients, family, carers, and staff to:
