Peer support

Peer support is when people use their own experiences to help others through one-to-one support or in groups.

This can be a valuable part of your treatment and care. You can read more about how it works on the Mind website.

Local peer support services include the Mosaic Clubhouse for Lambeth residents and the out-of-hours service Certitude Solidarity in a Crisis.

Your care team can put you in touch with peer support or you can find support yourself through local contacts.

Your care team can put you in touch with a peer supporter, or you can email rachel.eborall@slam.nhs.uk to ask for support, or to volunteer as a peer supporter.
