Free Covid-19 mental wellbeing online courses available to all

Following the South London Mental Health Prevention Summit on 2 June 2020, all partners committed to work together to make a package of digital wellbeing courses available to all residents as a result of the impact of Covid-19 on mental health.

To kickstart this, take a look at these great online courses, free and available to all. We invite you to sign up and take part.

Improve your understanding of the psychological impact of Covid-19

On this course, you will identify the factors specific to Covid-19 that impact our wellbeing and mental health – at an individual, group and societal level. You will learn helpful strategies and advice on how to deal with the anxiety and uncertainty of Covid-19, cope with its challenges, and ultimately prepare for life after coronavirus.
