Our purpose

Our purpose is to:

  • to promote mental health and wellbeing, helping people to get well and stay well
  • to provide care and treatment to the highest standards
  • to help challenge stigma and discrimination.

Our five commitments

We believe that the wellbeing and happiness of our workforce is key to creating a caring environment. We are making improvements across the Trust so that in future all staff can expect to work in well-maintained, high quality buildings that are fit for purpose with the information technology, tools and training needed to do their job. Our staff work together to build mutual, respectful relationships with each other and with service users in accordance with our five commitments:
