Volunteering and other opportunities

There are lots of ways to get involved as a volunteer at our Trust. We run a volunteering programme with a wide range of opportunities. These include Msaada, a programme for people from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) communities who want to support BAME people living with a mental illness.

The CAMHS Mentoring Project is for young adults to support and mentor users of our Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS). Plus, people who have lived experience of mental illness can support other service users as a peer supporter.

The Involvement Register gives opportunities to people who use our services and their carers to share their experience and help us develop our services. This includes SUITE (Service User Involvement in Training and Education), where you can help tutors at the Education and Development department deliver training on many topics to staff working throughout the Trust.

We also offer honorary roles in psychotherapy, cognitive analytic therapy and as assistant psychologists.
