Provides an assessment service to people with mental health problems referred by Lewisham A&E Department and from Lewisham Hospital Wards.

The Psychiatric Liaison Team are unable to provide the following services; alcohol detox, Methadone prescriptions, prescription of regular medications and administration of depot medication. We also do not deal with non emergency situations or social problmes. There is an alcohol liaison nurse available for patients that present with alcohol related issues.
