Our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) is a freephone telephone service where you can get advice and information about our services. PALS can help resolve any problems you might have, whether you’re a patient, carer or member of the public.

We also provide substance misuse services for people who are addicted to drugs and / or alcohol. Our services include the Maudsley Hospital and Bethlem Royal Hospital. We work closely with the Institute of Psychiatry, King’s College London.
We are part of King’s Health Partners Academic Health Sciences Centre.
