Maudsley Charity

Maudsley Charity

The Board of Directors of South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust is the corporate trustee for the charity.

Maudsley Charity aims to support innovation and improvement in mental health services. This includes promoting public awareness and understanding of mental health issues.

Applying for a Maudsley Charity grant can be done easily with application forms available online. Applications are considered twice a year and submissions should be made by 31 May or 30 November each year. All applications require sponsorship by the relevant service or corporate director before the application can be considered by the Board of Directors.

Maudsley Charity also offers support to SLaM service users through the Simon Walker Trust Fund which can offer up to £250 of funding towards vocational/training courses or items needed for activities that support a patient’s recovery and mental wellbeing.
