King's Health Partners Academic Health Sciences Centre (AHSC) involves three NHS Foundation Trusts and a leading university. As well as SLaM, the partnership involves Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust, King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and King's College London.

Our aim is to improve NHS care for patients by putting new research findings into practice and providing high quality teaching for the next generation of clinical staff and scientists.

Our AHSC, which is one of only five in the country, will bring real and lasting benefits to the local communities of south London. Local people will continue to benefit from access to world leading healthcare experts and clinical services which are based upon by the latest research.
