Getting feedback
Patient surveys
The Care Quality Commission - formerly the Healthcare Commission - is the independent regulator of health and social care in England. They regularly ask people who use our services questions about the quality of care and treatment they received. These 'patient surveys' are one of the ways our performance as an NHS Trust is measured.
We use the information in the surveys to find out where we are doing well and to highlight areas where we need to improve.
