How we work
South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust

Our aim is to provide the best possible care for the people who use our services. In this part of the website you can find out more about how we try to do this.
We constantly monitor and
measure the quality of care we provide, and we are always looking
for ways about how we can do things better. Like other NHS
organisations, we are also assessed by other organisations on a
regular basis. Most important of all, we receive feedback from the
people who use our services.
It is important that anyone who wants to can see how we are
performing. This section of the website contains performance
information in the form of patient surveys and other reports from
the Care Quality Commission - the independent regulator of health
and social care in England.
Our aim is build relationships based upon five
commitments:
(1) to be caring, kind and polite
(2) to be prompt and value your time
(3) to take time and listen to you
(4) to be honest and direct with you
(5) to do what I say I'm going to do
